Six Sigma-
Six sigma is a contentious improvement in the quality of the product or services for elimination of defects.It is developed by Motorola and Smit in early 1980's.
Defects-
At 6 sigma- 3.4
At 5 sigma- 230
At 4 sigma- 6210 and so on..
Costumer satisfaction-
Every organization have goal to reach six sigma by contentious improvement in quality. Even if they can't get the six sigma but if they reach 3or 4 sigma then it will reduce cost and increase Costumer satisfaction.

- Measure current issue
- Analyze the steps to be taken
- Improve
- Control the process
